All orders are handmade with care. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships. During high-volume periods or sales, processing may take up to 5–7 business days.

Shipping Time:

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• International: 7–21 business days (when available)

Shipping Rates:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Order Tracking:
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. If you don’t see it, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our products are handcrafted and made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used products. However, your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Please get in touch with us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging at Joirkollection@gmail.com. We’ll make it right.
